Miscellaneous Software
This page is a collection of useful tools and device drivers we have
either written, compiled, or obtained from elsewhere.
None of the tools or device drivers on this page are supported by
us in anyway, and typically do not come with any documentation. All
the code on this page that was written by us is covered by the standard Rice Monarch Project Copyright and
Disclaimer
While this is strictly a ``Use the Source, Luke...'' collection, we
will happily take improvements, patches, or bug fixes, and will credit you
with your contribution.
- Device
Driver for PCMCIA GPIB interface We use a National Instruments
PCMCIA GPIB card to interface with an HP spectrum analyzer under
FreeBSD 2.2.2PAO. This tarball contains a GPIB driver for FreeBSD
written by Fred Cawthorne (fcawth
@
delphi.umd.edu) that we modified to
support PCMCIA cards. It also contains some code we used to make a
signal strength survey over a football field.
- Perl/Tk
400.200 The version of Perl/Tk that the original ad-hockey was
written against and is known to work with. [(10/12/99) A new version of ad-hockey now
runs with Perl/Tk800.015]
- if_xl-3C905B

10/100 ethernet card. By Bill Paul (wpaul

ctr.columbia.edu).
